Re: DPF Removal & remap - 3.0 TDI – 04-01-2011, 01:10 PM. you will do , the dpf and cat are part of the same box I believe on this vehicle so thats going to be awkward. we can remap and dpf delete on teh ecu for £349 all in. should gain 50bhp and 110Nm from the remap. getting the dpf cut about and welded back up is probably around £150.

if anyone has knowledge of the 3.0 tdi engine please advice. thanks. I'll be doing that exact conversion rather soon. the engine will bolt up, but I'm confident the flywheel is different. Luckily Audi did make a 3.0 with a 6 speed manual. You also have to use an engine from a car as the SUV oil pan, bracketry, and manifolds are difficult to fit. I’ve recently purchased a 2014 A6 3.0 bitdi cr (313ps) and am looking for a recommended remapping provider. July 25, 2020 ·. This 2020 Audi S4 3.0 TDI was dropped of by the customer for a custom remap at the same time as his 2020 3.0 TDI VW Amarok in for our 400bhp package! Already pushed hard from factory the single turbo 3.0 TDI Hybrid produces 347bhp. The stock run was pretty much bang on this figure and we saw a 30bhp & 55ft/lbs increase after a 3.0 tdi stage 1 remap 310bhp 653Nm with DPF. The car is standard apart from home made straight pipe back box delete. It did feel a little perkier after the back box delete, so I think this helped push the standard figures up from 240 bhp to 260bhp and 564Nm (416 lb/ft).
